Osprey Point is a 4-story, mixed-use building that overlooks Riverview Park and the Willamette River in Independence, Oregon. Retail shops and services line C-Street at the ground floor while residential balconies and a rooftop deck enjoy views of the summer concerts that occur in the amphitheater at the park.
