Duties and Responsibilities
You will be working alongside project architects to design and produce architectural documentation through all phases of projects. You will participate in client, contractor and city meetings and will be visiting construction sites for observation. You will review contractor submittals and RFIs and will be coordinating the work of other project relevant engineering and consultant disciplines. You will be specifying interior and exterior materials and will consider building and accessibility codes. Studio 3 uses Revit, Lumion, Twinmotion, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, SpecLink-E and occasionally AutoCAD to generate documentation.
