Arris Apartments is a mixed-use project that straddles Borthwick Avenue and Albina Avenue along Cook Street in Portland’s Boise Neighborhood. This project offers 107 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment units along with 3,000 square feet of retail space. Amenities provided for the residential tenants include a bike room, fitness center, and a generously sized lobby. The top floor hosts a community room and rooftop terrace with views of the city and the iconic Fremont Bridge.
