Arris Apartments is a 5-story, 107-unit mixed-use project, featuring podium-style construction, that straddles Borthwick Avenue and Albina Avenue along Cook Street in Portland’s Boise Neighborhood. This project includes studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment units and 3,000 square feet of ground-level retail space. Amenities provided for the residential tenants include a bike room, fitness center, and generously sized lobby. The top floor hosts a community room and rooftop terrace with views of Portland proper and the iconic Fremont Bridge.
