Oregon School for the Deaf, Boys Dorm

Location: Salem, Oregon

This project was constructed in the space of a single week and involved the Extreme Makeover Home Edition television program. The planning for the project involved considerable detail and advanced planning. The Common space and the four double dorm rooms are the first phase of a multi-phase project to improve the residential conditions for students with hearing disabilities. Studio 3 worked with the school and its foundation to expand the dorm facility with additional beds.
