Solace Apartments

Solace is a mixed use project consisting of two buildings in Portland’s Boise Neighborhood. The two buildings combined consist of 136 apartments in a mix of studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom units. There is a total of 7,948 square feet of commercial space. Covered parking is provided in the rear of each building. The development features a sizeable fitness center, indoor bicycle storage and repair facilities, and a rooftop terrace for the residents at each building. Additionally, an outdoor terrace area is provided at the second level over the primary commercial tenant space for use as an outdoor dining area for a future restaurant tenant.
