Aeon

Location: Vancouver, Washington

Aeon is a new mixed-use development located adjacent to the Providence Academy historic site in downtown Vancouver, Washington. The development consists of two buildings with a total of 147 apartments and approximately 5,400 square feet of leasable retail space. The apartments are a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. Roughly 40% of the apartments have private balconies. In addition, there is a 1,000 square foot indoor community room, a 5,000 square foot roof terrace, a 2,000 square foot fitness center, and 2,300 square feet of indoor bike storage facilities that are all for the private use of the residential tenants and their guests. Surface parking is provided to the east of the development. There is also a 5,000 square foot public plaza to the south of the development.
