Coffee Crema provides quick walk thru service but also includes sit down areas. The work area is the focal point of this tenant improvement. The cabinetry was designed to fit the equipment.
Taco Bell 3455 Commercial Remodel
Taco Bell’s 20 year remodel program required this building to undergo a major façade renovation. In addition to the exterior elevations, the dining area and restrooms were remodeled to bring them up to current standards and rebranding. The drive thru was reconfigured to improve stacking, and the restaurant remained open during the remodel work.
Taco Bell New South Commercial
Located in South Salem, this new building was located within an existing shopping center pad site. The building was designed with Taco Bell’s latest marketing scheme, full architectural design service was provided to see the project through completion. As with the prototype buildings the design team worked with the standard drawings issued by YUM Brands and finalized them to meet local building codes and current planning standards. Studio 3 Architecture has completed many Taco Bell newly constructed buildings as well as remodels.
Love Love Teriyaki
With several locations in the Willamette Valley, Love Love opened up a new location in downtown Salem. The work included expanding upon an existing restaurant and expanding into a neighboring dental office. Love Love provides 55 seats and a full kitchen. The interior theme and finishes are typical of all Love Love Teriyaki locations.
Java Crew recently opened a new location in Monmouth. The new locations building has historical flair and is located near Western University. Java Crew wanted to maintain that historical flair with heavy wood accents, period lighting and earth tone finishes. The end result is a warm and inviting place to enjoy your coffee.
Studio 3 worked closely with Java Crew to create this inviting space, taking into account coffee preparations, coffee presentations, staff flow and customer experience.
Popeyes on Mission Street
Utilizing Popeyes standard plans, drawings were modified to meet local and state code requirements. Some features such as height and building façades were modified to provide greater presence off Mission Street. This project included coordination with ODOT, Salem Public Works and Planning to gain approval.
Subway on Highway 34
As a new drive thru building, Subway’s prototypical design was provided, The design and appearance of the building is based off photos of other successful Subway developments. Using Subway’s standard kitchen design, Studio 3 filled in other portions of the project to complete the design. This particular Subway is provided with a drive thru and can seat up to 40 patrons.
