The Wilmore is a mixed use project in the heart of SE Portland. They are seeing an increase in quality high density family housing. Designed with 75 units over a retail component, The Wilmore is seeking LEED Silver. The exterior building features masonry and fiber cement panels. The project broke ground in November 2013.

Coastline Foot + Ankle Center
This 5,780 square foot, craftsman-style structure features deep roof overhangs with exposed rafter tails, gable end roof brackets, prominent window trim and meticulously articulated porches. The interior features large vaulted spaces that further enhance the patient experience.

Glendoveer Woods Apartments
Designed with 112 apartment units, Glendoveer Woods Apartments is a single apartment building. A mix of studios, one and two bedroom market rate apartments will be provided. With a tax abatement, the project became financially feasible for the developer. The design and configuration responds to the City planning requirements and neighborhood characteristics.
The building is constructed of wood, masonry accents are provided at the exterior to compliment the fiber cement lap siding.

Salem, OR (February 17, 2016) Jillian Florence has joined Studio 3 Architecture as an architectural intern.
JILLIAN FLORENCE JOINS STUDIO 3 ARCHITECTURE
Jillian Florence has joined Studio 3 Architecture Florence received her Bachelor’s degree from New School of Architecture and Design in San Diego. Prior to her arrival at Studio 3, Jillian gained experience as an onsite fabricator, where she engaged in all levels of design and construction process. Says Florence, “I am passionate about designing spaces that influence the memories and emotions of its users.”
Florence was also featured in Salem Chamber of Commerce in May/June 2016 (page 5).
